PALM Scheme
In conjunction with Pulse Staffing, over the next four years we will be providing a cohort of workers from the Pacific Islands to work in rural and remote aged care communities across the country, to address labour shortages in partnership with the
PALM Scheme.Â
Our PALM representatives are involved in the recruitment and aftercare end to end process for our participants as they embark on a four-year transition to Australia.Â
