Aged Care Contract Jobs

Aged Care Contract Jobs in Australia

Sanctuary Recruitment is hiring aged care contract jobs for aged care professionals across Australia. We are Australia's leading aged care consultancy that work with a large network of aged care providers and hire healthcare workers for temporary, contract and permanent roles.

We are hiring on a contract basis with assignments varying in length, across the country. Contract roles are available in the following positions:

These roles, for remote area nurses (RAN) are available throughout the year in regional, rural and remote areas of Australia. We work with aged care providers, aboriginal health services and multi-purpose sites (MPS) so there is a role for everyone!

What Can I Expect from an Aged Care Contract Role?

Contract roles, or remote area nurse (RAN) roles are a type of casual work,
undertaken as block bookings. They vary in length, usually from 4 - 12 weeks
and are in areas there is a lack of aged care workers readily available.

With these roles, you will often get additional perks such as your accommodation
and travel provided, and you work on a mixed roster.

At the end of the contract, you can choose to extend your stay or move location. With
your travel and accommodation expenses covered, you can travel the country whilst getting paid!

We offer contract work across the country. Depending on the homes needs, you may be able
to travel with your friend, family or partner if they work in aged care too.

Pay rates are under the casual award and are dependent on experience.
You may be eligible for bonuses, incentives and referral schemes too!
